Software and Integration License

Soulier Group LLC develops and operates software, automations, and integrations that connect to third party services, including third party accounting and banking providers, for its own internal business operations such as accounting and bookkeeping. Where any such software accesses a third party service, it does so only with valid credentials authorized by the account owner and only to the extent permitted by that account owner.

Any software or integration made available to a client is licensed, not sold, and is governed by the specific written agreement for that engagement. Absent a separate written agreement, no license to any Soulier Group LLC software is granted to any third party. All software is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Intellectual Property

The content, design, code, and materials on this website and in Soulier Group LLC software are the property of Soulier Group LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from them except as permitted by law or by a written agreement.
